As you may have noticed, the Internet Running Club has become more or less inactive over the last several months. What do you guys say we change that? I need to get back to running regularly myself and I know I could use the support.
Let’s all take a moment to reintroduce ourselves. When you get a chance, fill out and post this little questionnaire so we can all get acquainted again:
Location: Frankfort, IL
Why do you run? There was a poster at my college to run a marathon in Rome, I had never run before and wanted to go to Rome, it seemed like a fair trade, thus developing my love for running.
What are your current running goals? After a long stretch of not running for a year because of shin splints, I am back and trying to reach a healthy weight and tackle more long distance runs again.
What do you want out of the Internet Running Club? Do you have any suggestions to make it better or more useful? I would really just like to see how others are doing it and what tips they can bring to the table.
