I haven’t been this pleasantly surprised by a “superhero” film since Unbreakable. I was under the impression that found footage films were played out (See the devil inside), but they found a way to make it not only interesting, but add to a specific characters backstory. The acting and dialogue aren’t 100%, but its believable enough to get you caring about the characters, which this movie relies on heavily and it did a good job. I would drop some scratch and see it in theaters.
